About Nido
At Nido Speech & Language, we believe communication develops through connection.
Every child grows where they feel safe, understood, and free to communicate in their own way. We partner with families to nurture communication through everyday moments, shared experiences, and the relationships that help children feel supported, connected, and ready to communicate.
Children learn naturally through play, everyday routines, meaningful relationships, and the experiences they share with the people who know and love them. These ordinary moments become the foundation for communication, learning, and lifelong connection.
Named after the Spanish word for nest, Nido reflects our belief that communication begins long before a child’s first words. Like a nest, children flourish when they are surrounded by safety, trust, and connection.
Whether we’re providing an evaluation, therapy, or family guidance, our goal is to support the whole child while partnering with families every step of the way. Together, we create opportunities for communication to grow naturally—through everyday experiences, joyful interactions, and relationships that last far beyond each session.
How Nido Can Help:
-
Comprehensive evaluation to help families understand their child's communication strengths and needs.
-
Play-based therapy that supports communication, language, social interaction, and early learning.
-
Practical strategies that support communication during everyday routines.
-
Therapy in familiar environments where children feel comfortable and ready to learn.
